She has negotiated a $350 thousand salary per episode for seasons 13 and 14, giving her annual earnings of $8.7 million on Grey’s alone. On the 15th season, Ellen negotiated another contract which earned her percentage points from the show’s profits which gave her additional $6-7 Million income and a $575 thousand salary per episode. She is currently the highest paid actress on a primetime drama series. Shonda Rhimes told her to decide what she thinks she is worth and then ask for it. She is now worth $70 million. Married to Chris Ivery, they have 2 daughters and a son. Pompeo spends her hard earned money mostly in real estate. She owns 2 multi-million houses in gated communities.
