Sam Elliot and Katharine Ross have been married for 37 years, but who would have known that it was Elliot’s first and Ross’s fifth? Apparently the actress had been married four times already, of which all of her marriages didn’t last more than five years each, before choosing to wed Elliot. Thankfully it was the one that finally stuck! The two met on set of the horror movie “The Legacy” back in 1978, but they didn’t actually tie the knot until 1984. We guess some things are meant to last.
