Jeff Bridges met his wife while she was waitressing to pay for her college education and he was already an up and coming actor. According to Jeff, “I knew I was madly in love with my wife the minute I saw her.” The two got married in June of 1977 just five days after he proposed and they have never been apart since, which means they’ve been together for almost 45 years. Bridges admits that he was once afraid to get married but since taking the leap, his marriage “just gets better and better every year.”
