The police took Gregory Sr. and his wife, Samantha Joy Davis, into custody. The charge against them was child cruelty and false imprisonment, which are considered felony offences. And to the courts surprise, they would soon find out that this wasn’t the first time that Davis had been reprimanded in court. Apparently, back in 2004, she was already on probation for burning her 6-year old biological son’s neck with a pair of hot scissors as well as cutting a portion of his tongue. The couple was put on probation while Davis was made to take anger management classes for her horrific deeds.
