On July 11, 1974 (however, some source say the year should be 1975), Lil’ Kim was born and she was given the name Kimberly Denise Jones. She is more well known as Lil’ Kim, she is an American rapper, songwriter, model, and actress. In 1994, she was discovered by The Notorious B.I.G. (a fellow rapper), who invited her to join his group “Junior M.A.F.I.A.”. “Conspiracy”, their debut album, was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Lil’ Kim has gone through more cosmetic surgeries than a lot of her industry counterparts. In 2016, Dr. Jennifer Levine (a board-certified plastic surgeon) told Us Weekly that, “It’s clear that there has been some skin bleaching. She’s (Lil’ Kim) probably used chemicals, which contain very high doses of acids, on her face, combined with high-acid creams to lighten her skin”. Dr. Levine also explains that Kim has most likely had her eyes changed as well: “They seem elongated and completely different,” she observes. “Kim would have had to have surgery to remove the fat, skin and tissue to create this new eye shape.”
