Charles Dion McDowell really seemed to have his neck in the game, even though he was arrested in November 2018 for possession of cocaine and methamphetamine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver. Furthermore, he tried to run away when cops came to arrest him. After he was released and he found out that his mugshot had gone viral, McDowell posted a video online responding to his newfound notoriety, thanking “every female that gave him a chance”. Soon after, he met another guy whose neck made him Internet Famous, Daddy Long Neck. They shot and posted a video of them hanging out and explained that “all necks matter”. At least McDowell found a cause he cares about, and hopefully that neck of his is thick enough to keep his head firmly on his shoulders from now on.

So, there you have it. 17 different mugshots that made people way more famous than they ever expected, even if it was just for a few weeks for most of them. Lesson of the day is: if you get arrested, make your mugshot count!
