13. Lessen Stress


Finding ways to relieve or lessen stress is always one way to control the chances of MS flare-ups. Some ways to do this is by joining yoga or tai chi classes, having a massage or even doing deep breathing or other types of medication techniques. Or if you’re the type that prefers to spend quality time alone or with a few loved ones, or possibly quietly reading a book, these are also ways to help relieve or lessen stress. No matter which way you choose to be stress-free will surely help prevent extra MS flare-ups.
