Another study done back in 2016 found that people who drank high amounts of coffee, as much as 30 ounces, which is equivalent to at least 4 cups in one day, might aid in lowering the chances of having MS. A study was done by Belgium scientists that ‘found a certain link between the course of relapses-remitting forms (alternation with a period of rest) of sclerosis and nutrition.’ Those with this so called relapsing-remitting form that drank more coffee found that the MS took longer to ‘reach disability,’ as it was described.
