Food stylists don’t cook the products thoroughly like it is done in the stores. Particularly with burger patties and chicken. The patties are undercooked to make them look more plump and moist. Same with chicken, it is so undercooked it is not really edible. Sometimes they have a model take a bite and appear to be so happy with the product in the commercial shot. But once the director says “Cut!”, the model actually spits out the food into a trash can. We can only imagine the horrible taste it had, plus the fact that it was surely not healthy.
