There is no denying which incredible duo is being referred to when someone mentions ‘Lucy and Ricky,’ but there was a time when that duo almost became Lucy and Larry. Obviously, the name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue in the same way that the real one does! Besides, if they had really decided to make it Lucy and Larry instead of Lucy and Ricky, then Weird ‘Al’ Yankovic could have never done his incredibly crazy parody named “Ricky” based on the real song “Mickey,” which was a tribute to the I Love Lucy show.
