Common sense should dictate that this is a no-no. The Queen is loved and adored, and no Londoner will take any insult to her Majesty lightly, even as a joke. It is extremely disrespectful. They will defend her honor with however they can. Be warned. As a guest in London, you should also not make fun  of the city or say negative things about it to a local.
