No matter how tempted you might be to be a bit more free in your mode of dressing while in Punta Cana, never attempt to swim in the nude, or even go topless for that matter. It is actually against the law to be topless in public in the entire Dominican Republic. Of course, there’s nothing that officials can do if you decide to do a bit of topless swimming in the confines of your own private villa so if you need to set anything free, be sure that its only you and your chosen partner that gets that full frontal view.
