Apparently, Audrella wasn’t the first Walmart employee to know when a customer was being scammed. Another staff member went on to say, “You guys wouldn’t believe how many people we’ve saved money for simply by asking them heartfelt questions.” Just a simple “hi” or “hello” is enough to make a huge difference in someone’s life, and hearing a little bit about what’s going on in their day. For Cecil Rodgers, that was all it took.
