Cecil Rogers was an elderly grandfather that lives in Elmwood Place, Ohio. Like most people around the world during Christmas time, he was excited for the upcoming holidays where his family would come to visit him. It was the last month of 2017, and he, his kids and his grandkids were all coming to his house to celebrate the holidays. It was the one time of the year that they managed to all get together, and he couldn’t wait to be with everybody.
