Ever since that day that Cecil was scammed, Walmart management has made it a point to train all their staff in situation’s just like Cecil’s. Management felt that if they are able to help anyone else in a situation just like this one that almost scammed an innocent and trusting grandfather, it takes their customer service one step further, as well as helping protect innocent people.
