The Dodge Caravan is a series of minivans produced by Chrysler since the 1984 model year.  It was introduced alongside the Plymouth Voyager and was also sold by Chrysler as the Chrysler Town & Country until its 2017 replacement by the Chrysler Pacifica.  In a report published by Forbes, the Dodge Grand Caravan is the considered as the last of the original minivans and production should have been discontinued with the introduction of the Chrysler’s Pacifica minivan. In spite of it being a best-selling model for the company, it was reported to be unreliable and is quite inadequate in terms of the latest safety features.  Consumer Reports indicated that the number of complaints arise from the electrical, the brakes, and the interior quality.
