Jeep Patriot

The Jeep Patriot is a front-engine, five-door compact crossover SUV manufactured and marketed by Jeep.  It was debuted with the Jeep Compass in April 2006 at the New York Auto Show for the 2007 model year.  However, Consumer Reports on the crossover SUV, are not as sweet as one might expect.  It indicated that buyers were not happy with the engine noise, acceleration, and driving position.  In also scored low in terms of front seat comfort, complicated optional radio, and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) small overlap crash-test result.  The Patriot was manufactured at Chrysler’s Belvidere, Illinois assembly plant alongside the Compass.
