Beauty and brains come in spades for Natalie Morales, the current West Coast anchor for the Today show and correspondent for Dateline NBC. Born to a Brazilian mom and Puerto Rican dad in Taiwan, Natalie is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University, earning dual majors in Journalism & Media Studies and Latin American studies. The 47-year-old journalist started her career as an anchor at News 12 – The Bronx, then WVIT-TV, before joining MSNBC from 2002-2006. She then joined the Today show where she has been its anchor to this day. The still beautiful mother of two, who also hosted Access Hollywood for three years from 2016-2019, is also a marathoner and triathlete, and sets an example by exercising and eating right as she advocates for the early diagnosis and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.
