The Copper Beech Farm property was name after one of the giant Copper Beech trees that sits on the property. The 51-acre house is actually made up of two separate acre zones that were made into one big piece of land by the original owner back in the 1890s. The house has 12 bedrooms, 10 fireplaces, 10 bathrooms, a wood-paneled library, a 75-foot pool with a small waterfall flowing into it, a giant hot tub, and even a full grass tennis court that is maintained by an actual Golf course superintendent. The house itself has a number of elaborate details all over the house, making it one of the most ornate types of mansions of its kind. And probably one of the most notable things about it is the landscaping, which was done by the same landscaper that did the Botanical Gardens in New York. No wonder the house is valued at $120 million.
