The reclusive Masayoshi Son is the owner of the Mountain Home Road estate in Woodside, California. The CEO of Softbank, Son snatched the property up as soon as it was put on the market, paying $117 million for the property that’s over 9,000-square feet of neoclassical design. The house also sits on a hill, giving its viewers a 360-degree view of the home’s surroundings. Other notable features of the house are the ‘1,1117-square foot colonnaded pool house, a detached library, a “retreat” building, a swimming pool, a tennis court and formal gardens.’ Son, who also happens to be the 2nd richest man in Japan, may have shelled out a pretty penny for his estate, but it was nothing compared to his actual net worth of $14 billion.
