15 Central Park West in the Upper West Side of Manhattan is considered one of the most luxurious condominiums in New York, so the fact that the penthouse alone costs $88 million should really come as no surprise. Billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, who earned his money in fertilizer, supposedly bought the place for his daughter Ekaterina to live while she attended college at New York University. The penthouse has 10 bedrooms, 7 walk-in closets, a library and even a wrap-around terrace. Obviously, it’s a far cry from having to live in a dormitory, that’s for sure.
