The Manor – Holmby Hill, Los Angeles Worth $85 Million

The Manor, as the mansion is called, located in Holmby Hills used to belong to Candy and Aaron Spelling, who attempted to sell the place for $200 million. It took a couple of years but eventually, the new owner Petra Stunt made a deal for the estate at $85 million. Stunt now lives in the 56,000-square foot mansion, which has an incredulous 123 rooms throughout the house. It also has a gym, tennis court, screening room, bowling alley, swimming pool, gift-wrapping room, and a garage that can take up to 100 vehicles, fitting considering that Stunt is the daughter of Bernie Ecclestone, who also happens to be the Formula One racing magnate worth $3.8 billion.
