The philanthropist started her career as a secretary at Sijuade Enterprises in Lagos before establishing her tailoring company which would become the Rose of Sharon House of Fashion, having studied fashion design at the American College, London and the Central School of Fashion. She struck oil in the 90s, and from there established her business empire. She is also the first female chancellor of Osun State University, as well as the Chief Matron of Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs, a non-profit organization based in South Africa.
