Don’t Think A Kid Can Last All Day

You may think your kid has all the energy in the world and it does seem like it when it’s still early.  However, they don’t really know how to pace themselves so don’t expect them to keep pace with you and last all day especially during hot summer days.  If they say they’re done, take their word for it and call it a day.  Don’t think that this is only an episode of them having tantrums.  You don’t want them to suffer heat exhaustion.  In addition, don’t feed them unfamiliar food to avoid all those unnecessary trips to the toilet, where the lines can get pretty long.  You would be lucky if you’re conveniently near one when the need arises which is often not the case.
