Theme park employees are not exactly what you would call well-paid employees, with majority of the resort’s hourly employees struggling to make ends meet, according to a study conducted by unions representing Disneyland cast members.  A lot of these employees have no choice but to make a career out of this and they might get perks or bonuses, or even get promoted if they receive good feedback from patrons, so don’t forget to fill out a comment card to recognize them if they did something that really helped you out or made it a more memorable experience for your kids.  This will only take a few seconds of your time but can go a long way for them.
