Avoid The Disney Jumbo Turkey Leg

There have been rumors that the popular deep-fried turkey leg is so big that it’s not really turkey, but emu.  What is not a rumor is that these “turkey” legs contain at least 700-800 calories, around 40 grams of fat, and over 5000 milligrams of sodium, which is something you want to avoid if you’re watching your diet.  Walking all day in the theme parks may burn off some of those calories, but standing in line and paying over $12 for the leg alone is not worth it.  There’s so much to choose from like the corn dog nuggets, Nutella waffle, cream cheese pretzel, and the dole whip and macaron ice cream sandwich to beat the heat.
