Orlando, and the state of Florida as a whole, is home to a diverse species of animals which has become popular tourist attractions themselves. From the abundant alligators, to otters, opossums, fox squirrels, raccoons, white-tailed deer, manatees, and armadillos, which are the most common, to bobcats, wild turkey, black bears, gopher tortoise, and certain species of snakes like coral snakes and water moccasins, among many others, the state boasts a rich and diverse wildlife. These are all wild animals and even if some are housed in theme parks, their behavior is still unpredictable when it comes to human interaction. As a safety measure for both you and the animals, never touch them.
