These modern times have made people technology zombies, hardly being able to survive 10-minutes without checking their phones. But when you’re on a first date, checking out your phone constantly will only show that you are not interested in your date, leaving them to not only find you rude and ill-mannered, but it will just give them insight into what an actual relationship with you will be like, which means you’ll be answering every single text, call, tweet, and message and not bothering to give them the time of day. If you can’t make it through a single meal, or a couple of hours without being unplugged from the rest of the world, then you’re not ready to be in a mature and adult relationship in the first place.
