The beautiful hiking and bike trails are something that residents are proud of. Around most bend is a picturesque view of the mountains and greeneries. However, those aren’t reasons enough to keep many of them in the city. Builders can no longer keep up with the high rental demands, which is why renters are being priced out of their very own homes. They have made large investments, but haven’t gotten anything from it. Plus, the relatively high crime rates are actually scaring many of the people away from the area.
