The weather may be great in LA, especially if you don’t mind experiencing summer all year round, but what’s driving people away from the city? The high rental rates, expensive costs, and stiff property taxes. Now, if they did have the money for all these, traffic is another thing to contend with. Taxi services are better in New York. In fact, it’s better to own a car in LA, but when you encounter traffic, that’s another story altogether.
