Airline Employees Actually Bow To the Passengers
In Japan, bowing is customary and a sign of respect. In fact, the deeper the bow, the more respect you show the person you are bowing to. One incredible gesture that Japanese airline employees do is bow to their passengers when they arrive for check in. Not only does this show their customers that they respect them, but it’s just a level of appreciation and consideration that the rest of the world could really learn from as well.
