Japan is very well-known for their customer service and all the little details that go into every single thing they do, regardless of what they’re doing or making. Japanese are known for their origami, which is the art of folding paper. Apparently, some companies enjoy making their clients and customers feel so special, they leave small gifts or do little gestures to make them feel appreciated. This photo is the perfect example of exactly that, where a customer ordered some plastic pens and they made an origami t-shirt to show their gratitude. It’s really the little things that matter, right?
