Traveling can be a total pain in the butt, especially when you’re traveling for who knows how many hours at a time. And what makes it worse is after spending so much time in line to get through customs and immigration, you need to sift through all the other bags on the carousel to find yours, which probably looks the same as at least 30 other people there. In Japan, the airport staff actually remove the luggage from the carousels and neatly line them up by color to make it easier to find the one that’s yours. Even if everyone has black colored luggage, this is still easier than attempting to figure out which one is yours as it strolls by on the baggage carousel with all the other similar pieces.
