More often than not, giant parking complexes are more of hassle than they are convenient. Half the time you’re driving up and down levels looking for an empty space and when you finally come back out to find your car, you spend time going up and down levels trying to remember where you parked it in the first place. But in Japan, this isn’t a problem. Their incredibly high-tech parking structures have a system that will place your vehicle on a conveyor belt to park it for you. And when you’re done and ready to go, it brings it right back to you as well. If the States adopted this practice, there would be a lot less middle finger-giving, swearing, and walking around aimlessly in car parks, that’s for sure.
