Again, Japan is huge on customer service, and they believe that it’s important to make their customers feel taken care of. Here, you see a bus driver making sure that his passengers don’t get wet as they open up their own umbrellas as they depart from the bus, all to ensure that they don’t get wet no matter what. Sad to say, there aren’t that many countries that have bus drivers that care for their passengers the way the Japanese do.
