Making Priority Seating Obvious

Depending on which city you live in, then you know whether priority seating is followed or just a suggestion. Even if there are signs in the area, it doesn’t mean that everyone follows the rules either. In Japan, not only will people offer their seats for the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women or those with young children, but their chairs make it very obvious who these priority seats are for. Of course they don’t even need to make them this straightforward since the Japanese are so respectful, but still, it’s a wonderful custom to have and follow.
