This American actress came to prominence in the 1994 series My so Called Life with her role as Angela Chase. It won her a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress. Several other films as well as awards came soon after. She attended Yale University but dropped out to return to acting. While she may not look it, she is very smart. Though at times she may get on the wrong side of the media. It does happen to intelligent people as well. After all, we are just human.
