During the three-day festival, the weather ranged from sunny and bright to rainy and dark. Thus, many festival goers did not seem to mind the mud at all. Lots of hippies just threw off their shoes and soaked their toes in the soft dirt. In the case of this photo, lay back and relax. Festival-goers were known to sleep in unusual spots during Woodstock, but this man’s nap situation takes the pudding for most original. Sleeping in between two cars may not seem like the safest option, but we guess it worked for this sleepy cowboy. Perhaps he wanted some time to chill out in between the various activities of the music festival?
