When To Avoid The Bridge

One of Prague’s most popular tourist attractions is also one of the places you need to avoid, particularly after 9AM, when the hawkers and merchants start coming and set up to sell whatever they’re selling, like caricature paintings of celebrities, until the early evening. But that is only if you don’t want to see the iconic bridge, the statues lining it, and the view when you walk across, with tourists walking shoulder to shoulder that you can’t find a good spot to take a decent photo. Otherwise, try visiting the bridge just before sunrise, or late in the evening, so you can appreciate the landmark better.
