Bartolomějská, or the Bartholomew streets in the Old Town district in Prague, combines the Karoliny Světlé (Carolina Light) and On Perštýně streets and is usually packed with tourists strolling along. However, this area has been reported to have the highest crime index in Prague, with car theft, physical attacks or assault, and drug-related cases listed as the criminal activities that were reported with the most regularity.
