When in Mexico, never expect that people will be on time. In fact, expect them to be late, almost every single time. It may be incredibly annoying, but that’s just the way people are over there, especially when they start to give you some lame excuse about why they didn’t show up at the right time. But rather than take offense over something that is customary for them, just sit back, relax and try to take it all with a grain of salt. While you might see it as being incredibly rude, unfortunately, they honestly won’t think anything of it.
