Never Drink On The Streets

Cancun may be the Las Vegas of Mexico, and people pretty much drink all day and all night, but never drink on the streets. Of course there are some individuals that won’t follow the rules, but it’s actually considered illegal to drink alcohol in public spaces, especially in the bigger cities where there are more cops on the streets. Unless you want to find yourself getting caught and put behind bars, in a country where the law is sometimes questionable, then drink in a bar or a restaurant like everyone else.
