Don’t Speak Too Loudly In Public

The Danes prefer to keep to themselves and are pretty much low-key to avoid attracting unnecessary attention, particularly in public. If you’re in transit in a public transportation or sipping your coffee in a café or restaurant, don’t speak too loudly that people around you get uncomfortable with it. You may not notice this especially when using your phone, but people don’t need to hear what you and the other person on the line are talking about. Ideally, you should keep the volume of your voice on the same level as the people around you, so you don’t get the unwanted stares.
