Don’t Smile At Or Touch Their Babies And Children

If you think the Danes are not fine with you touching or petting their dogs, don’t even attempt the same with their babies or kids. No matter how much you like kids and you find yourself near a particularly cute one, resist the urge to interact, touch, or even smile at them as their parents are not comfortable with strangers interacting with their children. They are very protective of their young ones and even if they don’t feel like you mean any harm, this is still off-limits and considered an invasion of their privacy. This is not like in other countries where parents might appreciate the gesture of you finding their kid adorable.
