Even though Amsterdam has a higher percentage of people using bikes, it doesn’t mean that people don’t drive actual cars as well. Given, the cars are usually incredibly small since the roads they travel on are just as narrow. But if you can, never rent a car when in the city if you don’t have to. Not only are most of the roads so small that they’re difficult to get through, parking is both difficult to find and incredibly expensive as well.
