The Dutch do not appreciate other people telling their kids what to do, so never try to discipline them. Aside from their teachers, the pastors and possibly the police, only parents should be the ones to chastise their own kids. Unless you want to find yourself at the end of a losing argument, then do yourself a favor and bring up any issue you might have with the parents rather than the child.
