Gordon knew that this was going to be a colossal task, especially if the aim was to make a theme park that could cater to all special needs kids and their families. He chose to put together a team of some of the best people in their respective fields, a team filled with doctors, therapists, parents, as well as including others with disabilities so they could help plan how the park could work for each and every specific need. The goal was to make sure that every single person, young and old, with disabilities or without, regardless of the type of special need, could go and have the best time of their lives.
