In case a snake eating a giant alligator wasn’t enough to prove that Australia is one crazy place, then here’s another photo of a snake eating a goanna. And if you’re also not sure what a goanna is, and this photo isn’t exactly helping considering that the snake has pretty much devoured it, it’s actually a huge monitor lizard that lives in the Australian outback. While a goanna also swallows its prey whole, much like snakes do, sadly, it didn’t stand a chance against this slithery reptile. While goanna’s normally have the ability to run quite fast, this one just wasn’t quick enough.
