Clark Gable is most known for his role as Rhett Butler in Gone with the Wind. Ladies loved him but he decided to hone in on one woman and tied the knot with Sylvia Ashley in 1949. They had a cute meet at a party where they spent most of the time on the dance floor, together. After a short ceremony that took place in a friend’s living room in Santa Barbara, they headed off to their honeymoon in Hawaii. They chose to dress themselves in floral prints and garlands as they made the most of their time in the scenic island.
