Liza Minnelli was born into fame and had been destined to conquer the stage even before she became aware of who she came from. Her mother is the famous Judy Garland, one of the first true legends of Hollywood. When Liza grew up, she became a singer. She met and fell in love with director Jack Haley Jr. He was also famous and was creating a buzz with his work in 1974. The got married they were both photographed at Heathrow Airport after they tied the knot as they were about to head out for their honeymoon and bask in their bliss.
